Oscar Hu - Director
Oscar is the director of Coast Future Development who graduated from Queensland University of Technology with qualification in Engineering.
With a number of years experience in printing and property development, Oscar knows what is needed to make a business and development successful.
With his strong business ethics and attention to team, Oscar is continually striving to find new ways to keep Coast Future Development ahead of the competition with new design trends and building techniques.
Oscar has a keen interested in property developing and is dedicated to creating high quality property developments. To achieve this he only have engaged well-known and respected industry leaders, including nationally recognised consultants, town planners, architects, engineers, design consultants, interior designers and landscape designers.

Mina Wu - Executive Assistant
Mina manages Coast Future Development’s daily administration duties, working alongside the Director and other team members to ensure efficient operation of the business.
She brings to Coast Future a large amount of office experiences, as well as sales experience in Real Estate. She has also completed a Bachelor of Business majoring in Finance at Queensland University of Technology.
